Accounting: PFC provides
accounting services to all types of organizations. Those
services include the following:
- Accounts Payable – process and pay invoices received for
Client
- Payroll – process payroll and perform required payroll
filings
- Maintain and reconcile all bank accounts
- Maintain general ledger
- Compile monthly, quarterly and year-end Financial
Statements
- Gather necessary information for the tax-preparer to
prepare income tax returns
- Maintain employee records, vendor records and
private investments records of Client
- Process W-2, W-3, and Form 1099 for Client
- Maintain property ledgers
- Maintain fixed asset database
