Consulting and
Special Projects: PFC provides
consulting services to various organizations. The following are
examples of consulting and special projects that PFC has
provided:
- Research and monitoring of the rules and regulations related
to the Economic
Development Commission Act in the US Virgin Island.
- Selection of and transition to a new custodian/prime broker,
including
conversion of data and information and reconciliation to the old
custodian/prime broker
- Conversion and training of a portfolio accounting system used
in-house by
the investment manager and general partner.
- Selection of and transition to a new order management system,
including
coordination of installation, training, and development of
processes and
procedures
- Assist general partner with development and execution of
amendments to
operating agreements/subscription documents
