finance services to various organizations but specializes in
providing these services to hedge fund managers and general
partners. The following are examples of the finance services
that PFC provides:
- Development and updating of policies & procedures for Client
- Development of a compliance program related to soft dollars,
employee trading, etc.
- Development of budgets and reporting procedures
- Communicate with shareholders of Client, as needed
- Maintain relationships with attorneys and/or appropriate
companies to ensure Client is in compliance with the SEC and
other regulatory bodies on behalf of the Manager or General
Partner
- Perform Cash Flow analysis
- Develop and monitor cost saving initiatives
