Fund
Administration: PFC provides fund
administration services to both domestic and offshore funds. The
following are examples of the fund administration services that
PFC provides:
- Establish, reconcile and maintain Fund's general ledger,
including
processing of invoices and accruing Fund expenses
- Maintain and gather necessary information for the audit and/or
tax
returns
- Provide necessary assistance to the auditors and tax-preparer
- Coordinate changes/updates to the legal documents and
structure of
the Fund
- Maintain relationships with attorneys and/or appropriate
companies to
ensure Client is in compliance with the SEC and other regulatory
bodies on behalf of the Fund
