SEC Compliance Assitance

PFC administers third party compliance software to assist the fund manager’s Chief Compliance Officer.  Input to the system comes both from PFC’s fund administration work and the fund manager’s employees.  The output is full reporting that is compliant with SEC regulations and reminders to ensure the CCO is meeting required deadlines.
